This eight-hour course teaches Rip Training fundamentals and beyond.
I have 22 years of experience as a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have completed the RKC certification for kettlebells as well as many TRX courses and attended 3 TRX summits. My goal is to make every participant feel successful and challenged by offering safe and appropriate options. My favorite classes to teach are TRX/Kettlebell and Hiit because I believe the blend of strength , cardio and movement is the best and most efficient way to see results.
