Introductory 8-hour course teaches the fundamentals of Suspension Training and how to incorporate them into your personal training practice.

SMSTC: TRX® Sports Medicine Suspension Training® Course

This course teaches participants how to incorporate TRX® Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise as part of individualized or group therapy, post-rehabilitation, prevention, and fitness programs.

FTC: TRX® Functional Training Course

I am a personal/team trainer that believes in building the complete athlete (physical, psychological, emotional & spiritual); all four areas are crucial in achieving peak performance. I find TRX is the best tool currently available to help build core strength, balance and flexibility. Suspension training is an integral aspect of everything we do at Saints Training.
